RedOne features 1,298 m² of white space with capacity for 420 racks. We currently have 12 racks operational and are scaling to meet growing demand. Our infrastructure is built to support tomorrow's technology today, including AI-ready configurations.
6What power capacity do you offer per cabinet?
We provide up to 7kW per cabinet as standard, with our on-premise 2MW substation and scalable infrastructure supporting higher density requirements for specialized workloads. All power is distributed via 3-phase busbar systems with 2N redundant UPS systems and DCP generators providing 26-hour runtime.
7What cooling systems do you use?
We deploy DX InRow precision cooling with 2N redundancy, ensuring optimal operating temperatures even under full load. Our cooling infrastructure scales with your density requirements up to 7kW per cabinet and beyond.
8Are you carrier-neutral?
Absolutely. RedOne is fully carrier-neutral, allowing you to choose from multiple carriers and connectivity providers. This eliminates vendor lock-in and gives you the flexibility to optimize costs and performance based on your specific requirements.
9What network connectivity options are available?
We offer multi-100G redundant connections with all fiber optic infrastructure. Our carrier-neutral approach provides access to multiple telecommunications providers, cross-connect options, and low-latency routes to major internet exchanges and global markets.
10Can I bring my own internet service provider?
Yes. As a carrier-neutral facility, you're free to work with your preferred ISP or multiple providers for redundancy. We facilitate the installation and connection of any licensed telecommunications carrier.
